Acai Berry Peanut Butter Bowl

I’d never thought of adding peanut butter to an acai bowl, but when I saw a mouth-watering photo on Instagram, I knew I had to try it. And I’m so glad I did! It gives a wonderfully salty nutty note amidst the creamy sweetness of banana & berries, that I just love.

½- 1 frozen banana

handful of frozen blueberries

1 Tbsp acai powder

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt

3/4 cup rice milk

optional: 1 Tbsp protein powder

Blitz until smooth & delicious. Decorate as you wish – the photo above uses black basil seeds & silly squirts of coyo. And the photo below also clearly shows I have too much time on my hands… #funwithfood
